Copyright complaints
Use this process to report content on NovLov that you believe infringes your copyright.
Copyright notice
Send a written notice to support@novlov.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works.
- Identification and precise location or URL of the material you want removed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, consenting to the applicable federal court jurisdiction and service of process, and including your signature, contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. We may restore eligible material after forwarding a valid counter-notice unless the claimant timely files a court action.
Repeat infringement
NovLov may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove or restrict content while a complaint is reviewed.
Designated agent status
NovLov has not published a U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration on this page. Registration details and an eligible public service address must be added here after registration is completed. The support address above remains available for copyright complaints in the meantime.
